IBII membership fee is non-refundable.

Journal Publication Fee Refund Policy |
Terms and Conditions of IBII has to be accepted by the Author during Initial Submission and Final Submission and also has to be accepted by duly signing Author Declaration Form. Author is already given ample time to consider publishing with us or not before making Payment or Final Submission. Journal performs all the process promptly and on time for which it has to pay the cost too and bear the expenses. Author may withdraw the paper and IBII will have no objection if said withdrawn article is published somewhere else. |

50% OF Publication Processing Fee (PPF) will be deducted, If Author wish to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment but is yet to complete Final Submission. |

No Refund will be issued if Author wish to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment and Final Submission / After Publication process is completed. |

Conference Registration Fee Refund Policy |
There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of an annual conference (special case see * below). No membership fee will be refunded. |

| A cancellation fee of 50% of registration list price will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the conference. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the annual conference. |

All cancellations, requests for transfer or requests to apply payment to future conferences must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar. Telephone requests will not be honored. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days. |

| IBII is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, rejection of visa application. No refunds will be given in these situations. |

Authors who have their papers included in the Conference Program are not eligible for a refund once the Program is finalized. Authors may receive a refund by the normal means above if they withdraw any submitted papers before they are included in electronic or hard-copy proceedings. |

| *For attendee who requires invitation letter for visa purpose, a paperwork process fee of 50% of registration list price will be applied for cancellations if the invitation letter is already issued. |
